Hotel not easy to find but really nice comfortable surroundings. Room is neat tidy and clean places for clothes and suitcases. Quiet as all secondary glazing works, couldn't sleep if windows are open. Air conditioning works well Very compact hotel, decor is period and very nice. Train station Wien Mitte 10mins down road. Main station can be reached easy by metro 6 minutes and tram 12 minutes approx. Good bars and restaurants in this local....

ROOMS: rooms are not very spacious, but they are still good designed - there is a zone with a table, wardrobe zone, fridge (minibar with water, coke and juice is free), coffee machine (+capsules) and teapot, safe. Very comfortable queen-size bed, four pillows. Bathroom with a shower. Wardrobes and slippers are provided. LOCATION: 5min walking distance from the nearest metro station, 20-30min drive from the airport. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, cinema in front of the hotel. FOOD: breakfast costs €25 per person/day. There is a restaurant “Go Wien” with local cuisine on site FACILITIES: small shop with wine and snacks, airport transfer (€49, fix rate). STAFF: very friendly, smiley and polite.

We had the best stay at hotel mercure Wien Zentrum. The room was clean, great beds and a nice bathroom. The location is in the city center, walking distance from shops, history and nice parks. The staff is very friendly and the beakfast amazing. And.. one of the best experiences here was the guided city tour guided by Regina, she did a terrific job showing us Vienna!

The room size and equipment is totally ok. At our stay it was really good weather so we’ve got 18 degree. But the air condition was off, we had to open the window, which ends in noisy night. Our biggest favorite was the free off charge tour around the city center guided by Katharina. That was amazing and offered by the hotel.

The hotel and its staff are quite satisfactory. Take the free walking tour of the neighborhood if you can. See and learn things not on usual itinerary. The guide on March 2 was very friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The advertise 2-hour tour lasted precisely 2 hours.
